Folsom Lake Asphalt is fully equipped to bring jobs in on-time and on-budget.

ASPHALT INSTALLATION - New installations including finish grading, road base, compaction, pre-emergent application and of course... hot asphalt.

OVERLAYS - Installation of a new layer of asphalt over old asphalt. Thickness can vary from one inch on up. Normally 1 1/2" to 2" is used.

REINFORCED OVERLAYS - Same as above, except with he addition of either petromat fabric under the new asphalt, or fibers mixed into the asphalt. The latter is our choice of reinforced asphalt. This will provide longer life and will help prevent reflective cracking.

R&R PATCHING - Removal and replacement of broken areas. The depth and extent of the work is determined by the severity of the damage and underlying conditions.

SKIN PATCHING - Used for cosmetic purposes to fill low areas, or minimize standing water.

SEALCOATING & STRIPING - We have numerous subcontractors at our disposal to perform this service for you at a competitive price.
